Electrical for tenant build-outs

A tenant improvement (TI) is work done inside an existing building to fit out a space for a new tenant or to renovate an existing one. SergTech Electric LLC provides the electrical side of that work in Raleigh and the Triangle, coordinated with the GC, the landlord and the other trades.

    You get a written scope and bid, so everyone knows what is included.

    Schedule and install

    We schedule around the GC and the other trades, then install the work.

  4. STEP 04

    Inspection and closeout

    We coordinate the required inspections and close out the electrical scope.
